The Development of Elevated Highways and the Formation of Urban Voids
The rapid development of elevated highways in Kuala Lumpur City has led to the creation of residual spaces beneath these megastructures. These spaces have triggered various issues, from debris dumping to crime. To address this, the study explores typologies of these residual spaces and proposes reappropriation through green infrastructure planning.
