For instance, running Facebook ads can be a potent asset with a Click-Through-Rate (CTR) of about 0.9 per cent on average, according to WordStream, a digital marketing firm in the United States that studied its own client data. This may not seem like much. But in a world saturated with millions of advertisements online, even the slightest margin can make all the difference in improving those views.

Make a Good First Impression

A listing that makes a good first impression can go a long way towards getting those clicks. Sometimes, all it takes is a single picture to be a deal breaker. Don’t underestimate the power of a good cover picture – having one may increase your CTR by 1.7 per cent.
